Army Polo & Tent Pegging Championship continue in full swing at Lahore Garrison Golf & Country Club where 10 Corps A team overpowered 31 Corps B team by 14- 4 1/2 in the third Polo match while Nk Abdullah Jan – HQ 4 Corps Team B secured first spot in Tent pegging Individual event of Army Polo & Tent Pegging Championship 2018.
On the third day of Polo, a thrilling encounter was seen between 10 Corps ( A ) and 31 Corps ( B ) teams where both fought hard to rule the day but the match ended in Corps ( A ) favor as they thrashed 31 Corps ( B ) in a one sided affair by 14- 4 1/2 .
On the first day of Tent pegging Individual Lance event, Nk Abdullah Jan of HQ 4 Corps Team B showed outstanding tent pegging skills in peg of 1.75cm and secured the first spot with 6 points in just 5.84 sec.
L/Dfr (R) Touqeer Nawaz of HQ 30 Corps seals second position as he finished the Peg (1.75 cm) in 5.31sec while ALD Shahid of HQ 1 Corps – Team B booked third place in 5.32 Sec.
